Romans 5:1-2  Part 1 The peace of God, Standing in grace, The Hope of Glory.

1. What does it mean to “peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ?”
2. What does it mean to “stand in grace by faith?”
3. What is “the hope of the glory of God?” Why can we rejoice in it?

Romans 5:3-5  Part 2  Rejoicing in suffering, Growing in character, Having assurance of hope.

1. Why can we rejoice in suffering? What does this produce in us?
2. How have you experienced the love of God being poured out through the Holy Spirit? How does this give you hope and encouragement in times of trial and suffering?

Romans 5:6-8  Part 3  God’s Unconditional Love!

1. What can we learn about the love of God from these verses? Why is it so important to understand that God loves us unconditionally?

Romans 5:9-11  Part 4  Reconciled through His death, Saved through His life.

1. How does Jesus save us from wrath? What does it mean to be "saved by His life?" 
2. What does it mean to "rejoice in God?"
