Romans 5:12-14  Death Reigned through Adam

1. How was the sin nature passed on to all human beings? Why have the descendants of Adam been ruled by death?

Romans 5:15-17   Righteousness Reigns through Jesus!

1. What is the gift that came to us through Jesus by grace? How does the grace of God abound to many people?
2. How did Adam’s sin bring condemnation to all human beings? How does the gift Jesus gave make people who have many sins righteous?
3. How can we reign in life through the abundance of grace and the gift of righteousness?

Romans 5:18-21   Sin reigned in death through Adam / Grace reigns in righteousness through Jesus

1. How did Adam’s sin bring death and condemnation to all human beings? How did Jesus bring life for all people? What was the problem, and how did Jesus fix it?
2. In the past, sin ruled our lives in death. Now grace rules in our lives in righteousness through Jesus. What does that mean for us practically?
3. How does grace rule in our lives rather than sin?
