Union with Jesus - Part 1

Romans 6:1-4  We are Dead in Christ.

1. If God’s grace is revealed through our sin, why not sin more so that more of God’s grace will be revealed?
2. What does it mean to be baptized into the death of Christ? What does it mean to walk in newness of life?

Union with Jesus - Part 2

Romans 6:5-7  We are Dead and Alive in Christ.

1. How were we united with Jesus in His death? What does it mean to be united with Jesus in His resurrection?
2. How is the sin nature rendered powerless through our crucifixion with Jesus so that we are no longer slaves to sin? In other words, why does the sin nature no longer control us?
