David Ford

David Ford is the Director of Partner Development for Sunrise International Ministries. He is sharing the vision and ministry of Sunrise with friends of the misson and new potential partners. He wants to inspire and encourage many to join the Sunrise team in our mission of making disciples of all nations.

A message from David…

I have known Jim Millard since 1972 in my freshman year in College. My wife went to high school with Jim an introduced me to him that he might answer all my questions about Jesus and the Bible. Jim was very instrumental in leading me to Christ in March of 1973. My wife and I have been supporters of Jim and Masako ever since they originally shared their heart to bring Jesus Christ to the Japanese. Jim and Masako are truly one of my heroes of the faith. He and Masako have never given up on their calling from God to bring Jesus to Japan and to the world. No matter what trials and tribulations have come their way they have always stood on the promises of God and never wavered.

They moved forward in courageous faith to walk in Gods will and His plans for their lives and His ministry. God has given me a heart for the Japanese, and I believe salvation in Jesus will sweep across Japan one day soon. God did it in South Korea so why not in Japan? Please pray for the SIM missionaries to continue to over flow with the love of Jesus to the Japanese.
